This site exists in an attempt to share some of the more useful information I've found regarding personal finance and allergies; two topics of great interest to me because I have too much debt and too many allergies.
I started buying a lot of personal finance books several years later than I should have. As a result of my reckless youth I built up too much credit card debt. I wish I had this information 20 years ago.
There is an allergy section because I have numerous allergies which weren't diagnosed until I was almost 32. I was always tired and overweight. I wish I had this information 30 years ago.
If you have any longstanding health problems you can't quite pin down it may be worth your while to check out the health section, specifically the book "The Diet Cure."
