Big sale, last week
So, I missed two chances at getting a 120-gig drive for $60-$65 last week. Yesterday I saw a deal for the same drive for $80 and ordered it from Amazon. It’s being “prepared” for shipment so I can’t cancel it now. Why would I want to cancel it? Because the 160-gig version is on sale for $80 now. Bah!
I’d also like to point out that my Apple stock, which I sold for a $200 loss, is up more than $1,200 since then, but I’m not bitter.

Sunday, Bloody Sunday
Saw “Cabin Fever” this afternoon. More blood than any movie I’ve seen in recent memory, yet somehow very amusing (at times) because they went so far over the top with the whole “coughing-up-blood” thing. It’s a good thing that some of the campers died because they were the poster children for “people who should never be allowed to touch a loaded gun, let alone roam through the woods with one.” Picture giving a two-year old a loaded rifle and you’ve just about got it. Also, the hot chick gets naked a few times, so that’s good.
Yesterday the movie was “Matchstick Men.” Quite a good flick. Character development and all that rot. Only moderate gunplay.
