Mostly Harmless

I finally installed TurboTax last night and started doing my taxes. For some reason I couldn’t import last year’s return. I found the file but TurboTax wouldn’t recognize it. WTF?

Turns out that I used TaxCut last year, not TurboTax… Kaaaaaaahhhhhhhnnnnnnnn!

I had to enter my name and address all over again. The horror!

So far I’m getting back enough money to pay for the tax software.

Update: Make that a $600 refund, thank you very much. Let’s hear it for write-offs and losing money! Oh, wait…
